Deyarmond, Arthur “Wayne” – Age 80 of Bible Hill, passed away June 7, 2018, at home, with family by his side. Born in North River, he was a son of the late Arthur and Mary (Graham) Deyarmond.
Wayne worked in construction for over 40 years.
Surviving are his children, Barry (Linda), Brookfield; Cheryl (Phil Elder), Surrey, B.C.; Stephen, Debert; Sheldon (Cindy), Lisa (John Touchie), Darren (Lori), all of Truro; Cory (Jane), Belleville, Ont.; eight granddaughters, eight grandsons; two great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; daughter-in-law, Debbie Deyarmond, Elmsdale; sister, Velma Fisher, Brookfield; sister-in-law, Irene Deyarmond, Upper Stewiacke; companion and soulmate, Jessie Pitman, Bible Hill. He was predeceased by son, Everett; brother, Eldridge; brother-in-law, Curtis Fisher.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held in Middle Stewiacke Cemetery on Tuesday, June 12th, at 12:30 p.m., Rev. Michael Henderson officiating. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
