Faye (Wilkes) Greenough

Greenough (Wilkes), Faye Phyllis – Age 87 of Musquodoboit Harbour passed away May 30, 2020 in Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital. Born in Mushaboom, she was a daughter of the late Reginald and Muriel Wilkes. Faye spent her adult life in Musquodoboit Harbour after meeting a very handsome gentleman, the late Bernard Stevens Greenough.

Faye is survived by her loving daughter, Muriel Burns (Gordon Julien); her grandchildren, Jolene Dempsey (Donnie MacDonald); April Burns and Kelsie Burns; her great-grandchildren, Braeden, Chloe, Jacob, Dawson, Kylie and Kassie. Faye was also blessed to have had the love and companionship of her siblings, Reginald (Glenda) Wilkes; Kenneth (Joan) Wilkes and Myrene (Tike) Thorne. She was predeceased by her sister, Millie (Max Young).

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.

A graveside service will be held for immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Church, Musquodoboit Harbour or Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital. Special thanks to the staff of Twin Oaks for the many kindnesses they showed during the time of COVID-19.
