Doreen Sylvia Frank

Frank, Doreen Sylvia– Age 85, passed away September 15, 2025 surrounded by family. Born in Middle Stewiacke, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Lois (Peterson) Fisher. Doreen spent her lifetime taking care of others, whether it was at home or as a PCW. She enjoyed gardening, campfires to sing by, and games of crib. Her greatest advice to her children was that there is nothing in life that can’t be met with laughter. Surviving are her children, Barry (Lynda) Deyarmond, Cheryl Deyarmond, Stephan Deyarmond, Sheldon (Cindy) Deyarmond, Lisa Deyarmond (John), Darrin Deyarmond, Cory Deyarmond (Jane), daughter- in- law, Debbie Deyarmond, step-son, Glenn Frank; 19 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marlene (Jimmie) Feener, Nancy (Dave) Keddy. She was predeceased by her husband, Gordon Frank; son, Everett; brothers, Curtis, Lloyd, Victor. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held October 4, at 2 p.m. in Middle Stewiacke Cemetery with Rev. Michael Henderson officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Society.
