Seager, Douglas Albert – age 64 of Enfield, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2026 leaving behind a lifetime of dedication, quiet passions, and cherished family connections.
Doug spent his life rooted in Enfield, where he built not only a home, but a legacy of hard work and commitment. He devoted 31 years of service to Konecranes Canada, where he was known for his reliability, skill, and strong work ethic.
Outside of his career, Doug found joy in the simple and creative moments of life. He had a special passion for building Lego, a hobby that reflected his patience, focus, and love of creating something meaningful piece by piece.
Doug will be deeply missed by his loving mother, Bernice; his children, Adam Seager (Tabitha Thorne), Kevin Seager (Angie Seager); his grandchildren, Faith, Dawson, Ethan, Alanna and Emilee; his step-children, Michelle Brown (Mike Bevan), Mark Brown (Kim Brown); and his sister, Lynne Carpenter and her children, all of whom will carry forward his memory and the values he lived by.
He will be remembered for his dedication, his quiet strength, and the love he held for his family.
A Celebration of life will be held in Enfield Firehall, 273 highway 2, Enfield on April 25, 2026, 1 – 5 p.m.
