Archibald, Patricia Lee – Age 62, of Old Barns, passed away with family by her side, on September 24, 2016, in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro, following a brief battle with cancer.
Pat’s smiling face will be remembered by those who met her at The Bargain Shop and more recently Dollarama. When she wasn’t working, she was running her grandsons wherever they needed to be. Her kind and generous nature will always be remembered by her loving daughter, Kelley Lee Archibald; her precious grandsons, Logan Clark Watson and Joshua David Watson; brother, Brian (Connie) Farr; niece, Chelsea (Jay), and her children, Braeden, Arlynn, Kaia; special cousin, Donnie MacKenzie; many extended family members; and numerous friends who were there when we needed you most. She will be forever missed by her fur babies, Chili and Pepper.
She was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Laura (Brown) Farr; her best friend and travel companion, Mary Blaikie; and her precious fur baby, Callie.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, at 2 p.m., in Old Barns United Church, Rev. Ian Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Old Barns Cemetery. Family flowers only. Memorial donations to a local SPCA would be appreciated.
