Russell Clyde Clark

Clark, Russell Clyde – Age 83 of Middle Musquodoboit, passed away January 15, 2018. Born in Chaswood, he was a son of the late Hiriam and Grace (Bell) Clark.

Russell could do anything he put his hand to. He drove an oil truck for Parker’s for many years and helped with installations. He was also a self-employed truck driver. Russell enjoyed hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. He had an excellent memory and great knowledge of the Musquodoboit Valley geneology (of which he was a lifelong resident). He always enjoyed chatting with his friends.

Surviving are his brother, Kenneth Clark; sister, Connie Rogers, both of Middle Musquodoboit; daughter, Marlene (Clark) Justesen, Coldstream; grandson, Christian Justesen, Coldstream; granddaughter, Ashley Justesen (David), Shubenacadie; great-grandson, Eddie Justesen, who he referred to affectionately as “George”; nephew, Paul Rogers, Middle Musquodoboit; niece, Lori Drummond and her family in West Chezzetcook. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brother-in-law, Bill Rogers; son-in-law, Peter Justesen.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit. In keeping with Russell’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
