Joan Hilda Hann age 93, of Milford Station, passed away January 2, 2026 in Elk Court, Brookfield. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Louise McLeod. Joan loved music and spent many years singing in the church choir wherever she lived. She enjoyed cooking, baking and the time spent in the company of her pets. Her grandchildren were the apples of her eye, putting her own children in second spot! She and her husband, Russell took many road trips, particularly in several parts of the Atlantic provinces. She will always be loved and missed by her children, Darrell (Linda), Clayton (Shelley), and Sharon; grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Jason, Kaitlyn Kathryn, Danielle and Alysia; great-grandchildren, Myles, Wyatt, Ainsley Abel Lynn; sister, Marion Hart; several nieces and nephews. Joan was predeceased by her husband, Russell and brother, Gordon. Cremation has taken place. Burial will be at a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery, Milford. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.Special thanks to the staff of Elk Court for the wonderful care our Mom received right up to her last day.
