Warman, Helen Marie – age 88 of Truro, passed away July 23, 2025 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.
Born in Mooseland, she was a daughter of the late Percy and Janet (Whynot) Murphy.
Marie received a Long Time Service Award for her employment with Holiday Inn in Mississauga, Ontario. She enjoyed travelling, knitting, entertaining family and friends and collecting frog figurines.
Surviving are her partner, Morris Chuchmuch; grandchildren, Rory (Jennifer), Katie (Mike), Jenna, Bobby; great-grandchildren, Julian, Charlotte, Jackson, Islah, Angus; nieces and nephews, Brian, Alan, Cathy, Scott, Janet Warman and Linda Rix.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by stepmother, Bessie Murphy; sons, David and Ronald; brother, Brant (Shirley) MacKinnon; cousin, Veda.
Cremation has taken place.
Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Colchester East Hants Hospice Society.
